FileSociety Welcome Page PDFFor all FileSociety high speed file transfers you will need to have the Aspera Connect Plug-in installed on your computer. To download the free plug-in please click on the following site,
Aspera Connect Plug-in and follow the installation instructions for your machine. Some companies have a strict firewall policy which closes all ports on their server. For the Aspera Connect Plug-in to operate it is necessary that you have the following ports open in your firewall:
- TCP - Port 22
- UDP - Port 33001 - 33021
