Data Transfer Report

Transfer Reports

• To generate a report of file transfers within a specific Account, select the Data Transfer Report icon. FileSociety will open a secondary page for generating reports.

• For the Account you are in select the time frame, the User whether the report is for Uploads, Downloads or both and if you want a Summary Report or a Detailed Report. The Summary Report gives you a total amount of file transfers and a Detailed Report will list out each individual file transferred.

• Click on the GENERATE button and your report will appear.

• You can Export your report as a PDF, XLS, CSV, TXT by selecting the file type you want then selecting the Export button.

• You can also print out your report by choosing the printer icon at the left in the grey toolbar. In this toolbar you can navigate through all the pages of your report as well.

• To exit the Data Transfer Report page, simply close the window in your browser.
