Logging In
Launch FileSociety by going to
www.filesociety.com
.
When you arrive at the
HomePage
select
LOGIN
to get to the login page.
Enter your email address and password in the spaces provided. Then select the
SUBMIT
button.
Edit
Forgotten Password
To have a new password emailed to you, select
Forget your password?
on the
Login
page. You will receive a window requesting your email address to be typed into the text field, afterwards select the
SUBMIT
button.
A second window will appear asking you the
security question
and
answer
you set when you first joined the system. Type in your correct answer and click on the
Reset Password
button.
Your new password will be emailed to you.
Edit
Change Password
Once you log in you can change your
password
by clicking on the
My Info
link in the upper right hand corner, this will give you the
My Info
page.
Type in your current
password
, then the new
password
and its confirmation, then select the
OK
button.
